What are the shipping charges?

Shipment cost is calculated automatically based on the weight of items you have in cart and the shipping method you have chosen. We deliver worldwide. We offer different shipping methods (Economy for all countries, Standard for selected countries).

Are there any hidden cost on items?

There are NO hidden charges. Product cost includes all the taxes (not destination country’s customs duty (if any)). The price you seen on the product page is exactly what you would pay (Shipping charges will apply additionally).

Do I have to pay customs duty when I receive my item?

Each country have different threshold limit for maximum parcel value. If parcel value exceeds the limit, they might charge customs duty accordingly. It depends upon which country you live and their law. BuyIndiaGlobal.com is not responsible for this, buyer have to take care of this

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time depends on the shipment method you chose. Economy shipment method is via India Post – Register Airmail, which will take 15 to 25 working days to deliver from date of dispatch. Standard shipment method is via India Post – Speed Post, which will take 10 to 15 working days to deliver from date of dispatch.

We dispatch most of our orders within 3-5 working days from the order date. If there is a delay in dispatch, we will inform you.

Note : Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to holidays, customs delay, bad weather and other unforseen circumstances.

Will you refund my shipping charges on cancelling an order?

  • If the order is cancelled before shipment, lost or un-delivered in the period mentioned, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges
  • If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded

How do I track my order?

“Shipment” email will be sent to you once the items in your order is shipped. Tracking number and name of courier partner will be provided in notes. Use the tracking number to track the order status at our courier partner’s website. Sometimes tracking details will take 2 to 3 days to update, based on the courier

Note : For economy shipping method : Register Airmail, some countries are not providing live tracking. For standard shipping method, live tracking is available to all countries

What do I do when there is a delay in delivery?

If the parcel is sent via India Post : Register Airmail / India Post : Speed post, please visit the your nearest post office and inquire with the tracking number provided.

You can cancel an order until any of the item in the order is dispatched. Any amount you paid will be refunded to you via Paypal. Any buyer who cancel the orders often will be considered as fraudulent, and he/she will be blocked from making any purchase further.

We assure you that all products sold on BuyIndiaGlobal.com are brand new and 100% genuine. In case there is an issue with the product you have received, report within 7 business days of delivery date(provided as per our courier partner).

Only unused, unwashed, unaltered products(in their original condition) with original tags & packaging will be accepted.

Invoice copy must be included in the package.

Package should not be tampered.

Refund / exchange will be initiated within 2-3 business days once the unused items are received back as stated above.

Our customer care executive may request photos of package / item before processing the return.
